So for my friends birthday I tried to gift her Foresaken, which Battle net did not allow me to do, so I gave her 15$ in order to buy Foresaken and now Battle net is telling her she is "ineligible for purchase despite the fact that she has the money on Battle net that I gifted too her Via the "gift Balance" Feature. She owns both Destiny 2, Warmind, and Curse of Osiris, and we can not figure out why she can not purchase it.
