This is literally asked almost every single day.
The Forsaken expansion by itself, when offered by itself was $40.
The Forsaken Complete Collection now includes Destiny 2 base, Curse of Osiris, Warmind, Forsaken, and Forsaken Annual Pass, all for the SAME EXACT PRICE of $40. Get that? You get not only Forsaken for $40, but you get everything leading up to Shadowkeep, so you are getting more and getting the Forsaken Annual Pass for FREE.
