Seriously? Matchmaking has been broken and a major point of contention since forever, weapon and super imbalances run rampant for weeks or even months before they are addressed and/or fixed, players and weapons go invisible but Iron Banner and bonus valor must go on... yet you still push us to pre-order Shadowkeep?? Don't get me wrong, it looks like a great bit of content and the armor changes are exactly what we wanted 2 years ago though probably better than we expected, but its still built on a broken foundation that hasn't been addressed yet which, for me at least, is a deal breaker on this purchase. When are we going to get a proper, visible lobby match making system? When is match making going to put fireteams against fireteams? (6s vs 6s/5+1, 4s vs 4s/3+1s) When are we going to get prompt bug fixes? Rollback an update if you have to. This invisibilty issue in the crucible is pretty damn bad and to put IB and bonus valor out knowing how broken it is is a really poor decision, I hope they get extended. When items/supers are broken or just over-tuned, address it within days, roll it back or turn it off if necessary but don't let it run rampant for weeks or even months. It really does destroy the gameplay experience.
