Destiny 2 Forsaken. I am unable to purchase any Tributes in the Visage of Calus Tribute Hall because they are all locked with the message "Requires quest progress". I have spoken to friends and have read a few articles online and I've done everything they did with the exception that they all initially only did one of the Werner/Bendict 99-40 bounties and took that the Tribute Hall first, whereas I did three on one of my characters and took them all to the Tribute Hall all at once - maybe that triggered a bug? (Of course that might not be connected but it's the only thing i did differently). So far I have 7% discount from cashing in Materials from Werner/Benedict 99-40 Bounties, have opened every chest on the barge in Watcher's Gave on Nessus, have successfully completed my single Menagerie run (I don't have Annual Pass), cashed in several Menagerie Triumphs and spent the Imperials on upgrading my Chalice of Opulence to Power and Efficiency II and earned 17 Runes.
