This is my response to that: "Than actual ban them. Bungie's doesn't care cause you can report hundreds of the same user and they're still there months later. Darn right I'm going to start using user names and theres nothing you can do to stop me." You might be able to ban me, lol. But if I get banned and the soliciters dont than I have actual legal cause to pursue different avenues, ;)
