I’m sorry but have you played destiny? They will and always have made armor obsolete. Embrace it and it’s a much easier process and who knows maybe this expansion your armor will still be worth it. You never know, but if I was you I’d start saving enhancements cores

Oh I know what is most likely to happen, it doesn't mean we shouldn't try to get a bad system changed. From the beginning destiny made it so you had to buy every DLC in order to play the newest one. And that has now changed after people brought up the issue. So just because something has happened since the beginning, doesn't mean it has to keep happening.

If you think they will stop adding new and powerful stuff in a looter shooter you are crazy. Destiny literally is and has been grind for loot, get said loot, loot becomes trash compared to new loot, so go grind for new loot. That has been the core gameplay of destiny since it came out. Changing how many people have access to new weapons and armor is a lot different then not adding new weapons and armor. And if they don’t make the new gear better than the last then who would want to go and grind the new gear? I think you need to either accept this as a core concept of destiny, or move on to something else. But that is just my opinion.

Bearbeitet von Nickel7Dime: 7/1/2019 7:34:37 PMWhere did I ever say to stop adding new stuff? I have not once said anything of the sort. I just said don't leave the previous stuff behind. In other words at least make it so that the gear they have put time and effort into making gets brought into what ever new systems they make. Such as giving gear 1 gear a second perk, and a new mod slot. Not asking for anything even close to what you have suggested. Also there are plenty of ways to make new stuff wanted, some items might just be for looks, some might be things like raid gear which could have raid specific perks (as people have asked for, for a while), some could have new archetypes, and so on. There is more than just one way to make new gear desirable.
