This happened to me too right after I accepted the terms of service. I thought it happened because at first I accidentally hit disagree but it seems like it’s happening to everyone.

What do I do I’ve tried to log out of PSN and restart my PS4 and see if I need to reinstall anything for d2 and it hasn’t worked Bungie plz fix this

To fix: close out game, sign out psn, power off console. Start console, log back in psn, start game back and it works. At least on ps4 it does.

I'm not having the version, thou, I'm getting Destiny Servers are unavailable. I am signed into Xbox Live and I have an internet connection.

"We're investigating this issue" Yeah, right. I have to be honest, if my entire account were to get Thanosed, it would probably be the very best day I've had since I started back in D1. I'm tired of fighting for the 'honor' of playing this game every day. Gears 5 is coming, but not nearly soon enough. /endrant

Try restarting your console. That’s what I did and it fixed the issue

Had same error, Hard restart, unplugging for 5 min to clear cache, and im on now.

I've been getting repeatedly kicked all morning right before i can complete an activity. Now I'm getting this error mentioned above. I am not a happy legend right now...

Update! Check your add-ons. Re-download what has somehow uninstalled itself (it was warmind for me), and RESTART YOUR SYSTEM. This fixed the issue. Full credit to Ricochete for figuring it out!

Same problem, Xbox One, Newark, DE.

Same thing after accepting the new ”agreement”. I “quit” out of the D2 game and restarted it. Took a while to load but I got to the character screen eventually.

For me it worked when I rebooted my PS4.
