Pinnacle Crucible Weapons are locked to elitists and paid recoveries. (a very small population)
Now whether or not players are wiling to pay for paid recoveries is irrelevant.
Bungie addressed this problem FINALLY.
All players will now have the ability to [b]earn[/b] this season's pinnacle crucible weapon.
Baby Steps. But changes that are good for the good of the game.
Clearly you missed out on the Good that Bungie did - and have to have your say with something negative.
Yes, [u]the old pinnacle weapons are still locked behind a paywall[/u] - but going forward this may no longer be the case.
Do you see how that is Awesome?

No one is talking about Pinnacle weapons here, those are unrelated. You're talking about the difference between high-end, specialty gear that is earned by players who enjoy, and will grind out, that associated activity, and regular gear that players just want because it looks cool. Stop trying to change the subject to fit your argument Also, baby steps? Destiny 2 alone is gonna be entering its 3rd year now and concerns that players have had since Forsaken dropped, hell since Vanilla D2, are not being addressed, the time to pat Bungie on the back for baby steps has come and gone. I didn't come here to shit on Bungie, I love them and I love this game, but being a fan of something also means being willing to call it out on BS, and clearly you are unwilling to take a position that would involve you having to say anything negative about a decision that Bungie has made. You have the facts and you are choosing to ignore them, seemingly just to play devils advocate.

when they remove crucible I will praise them. Till then -- they keep dropping the ball. Remove Crucible - COMPLETELY. Remove Fabled from pinnacle weapons. Damn it Bungie, why won't you do as I say? Fell better now?

This back and forth has no point. It started off with 3 people wondering how you missed the point of this post, all that's changed is that I'm the only person still wasting their time trying to figure it out. If anything I'm only more confused now. I'm gonna call it quits before I get a headache.

I have had a headache all afternoon - believe it to be the season change, though I was at a birthday party over the weekend with a bunch of small children (1 year olds b-day party). and more to the point - then why are you wasting my time. IF a ghost with raid benifits were only available from Eververse - I would be all up in arms. As THAT is a paywall. currently you can get (raid) ghosts (and many other items) from in-game play. if the game wants to add other cosmetics that are for purchase - so be it - it does not effect game play. My Stance is still the same.
