It'd be my pleasure to ruin a Jerk's grind.[/quote] 1) Actually complaints are how customers are supposed to express dissatisfaction with a product they have purchased. 2) “Damn good devs” is an opinion not a fact. Since we are addressing the newest in a long list of mistakes they have made “damn good” is debatable. 3) I’m sure in general the devs are good people. Almost no one ever says they are bad people though, and being a good person doesn’t make you immune to criticism when you fail at performing your job. Which is what happened here. In general I like most of the devs I’ve seen comment publicly in the past, but that doesn’t give them a free pass when they ruin my enjoyment of the game. 4) Because the bug they shipped removed the Gambit playlist as an opportunity for progress it’s all crucible. The triumph tracking is also bugged and doesn’t correctly track orbs created by the revelry effect from precision kills. It also doesn’t proc on every precision kill so it’s RNG when you do what you’re supposed to if you get any progress. It’s all FUBAR. 5) The triumph, and the triumph that requires it are BOTH limited time triumphs. Not all players of the game that could have earned the triumph IF IT WASNT BROKEN can devote the time to earn it in the broken state. That’s why players ask for the autocomplete. You aren’t in control of other players. Sorry dude, we can chose what game we want to play, and we can give Bungie our feedback about what they are giving us for the money we gave them.

Yea man... I was low key pissed when I wrote my response. It would have been a cop-out to change it just to make myself look better, so I've left it. That said, each of your points is valid, and if responses like THIS were all I'd seen, I wouldn't have bothered to say anything in the first place. My post was mostly directed at the people being assholes to the devs. They made the patch in order to ensure everybody could enjoy the game. It sucks, I personally can't stand it, but it's a fact of life. Acting like the developers are less than human just because they've inconvenienced you is entirely inappropriate.

Probably not; there's no damn way that they'd be on here complaining about a cheap 2 week grind if they DID have Not Forgotten... hence, why I brought it up. Some people here seemed to desperately lack that perspective on the situation.

In my humble opinion, I LOVE the change. All of the people telling me what a scrub, crutch using cry baby for not wanting skip nade fest in competitive now have to get a taste of this bullshit to get their special little emblem. Not so god dam fun is it.

I like the fact that this Triumph originally gave you an option between Crucible or Gambit. With the grenade spam I opted to do it in Gambit to start. I don't mind Crucible but the grenade spam is just ridiculous and makes it harder to get the Triumph done. Now that they have disabled this in Gambit and Crucible is the only option that is exactly what I'm doing, but I'm not happy that I've been forced into doing it this way instead of it being my choice. When they realized it was broken they should have fixed it instead of forcing people to do something they didn't want to do

That yes, always with education and showing what is the problem and what solution will be given or asked to be given. All consumers of Destiny have the right to say what we think as users and freely express our opinion (I insist, with education and data verification) Oh, and please, I'm not worth "if you're not interested do not play," I have paid and unless they returned the €, I could comment and complain about the problems you think appropriate. Listen up you apologist, I paid good money and put a lot of hours into this game. I expect the game to perform as promised. Revelry is still borken and I have put dozens of hours into this game this last week alone, and still have nonprogress in the borken triumph. I have a right to complain about a product that doesn't work as intended.

So long as you didn't openly disrespect anybody, I'm ultimately okay with it. Complaining does work. that's why companies have suctomer service lines....to hear about problems so they can fix it! enough complaints and there is a chance of losing money, which makes a company change the way they do business.

Me and you have very different philosophies. If you want to go through your life praying that enough people -blam!- along-side you so you can get your way, go ahead I guess.
