Bloom on all hand cannons except 180s needs to be toned down to make them an actual competitor against 180s.

I'd say add bloom to 180s, buff auto rifles, snipers, and swords. We seriously need a new meta.

Auto are fine how they are, same with snipers, however swords could use a buff

However I do agree snipers and scouts need a flinch reduction and all pulse rifles need a range reduction except for the slowest rate of fire pulses and autos need a higher body shot damage and range increase.
