Rare Bounties Question
I have seen a lot of mixed statements regarding Rare Bounties dropping and I am wondering if anyone (preferably from Bungie) can confirm if the Rare bounties required for the Izanagi's Burden quest completion can drop from forge completions (at full temper).
If they can, does this have any prerequisites? (ie: must have a powerful radiant weapon frame)

I've got probably 200 forge completions total, never had one drop from a forge but have dropped the rare bounty's from the daily's, keep completing those and you will get one... eventually.

I know rare bounties can drop from Bergusia Forge completions. I don’t know if there are any special requirements though.

As far as I know (my own experience and from YouTube) you just need to return daily bounties. RNG will drop one hopefully.
