Unable to play game for two weeks - constant currant error

Hi Bungie, Every since the update in November I've been having constant currant errors. It happens every time I try to load into any public space or activity. I've gone through the networking trouble shooting guide, I've contacted my isp and I changed to a wired connection to see if that would help. Sadly everything has failed to fix the issue. So I tried something else - I deleted the game and redownloaded it, this as well as restoring factory settings on my Ps4 seemed to have fixed it, but sadly the issues came back with a few days. It is extremely frustrating to find this issue seems to be related to my connection to your servers, when I tried via Hotspot, it connected but couldn't run the game, and disconnected. I would really like to have this fixed as I'm a fan of the game, I've missed out on at least three weeks worth of progress due to this. Your help would be appreciated. Hopefully this post won't get ignored, like my recent ones.
