Wow so many crybabies who want everything in instant. U guys never played WoW in your lives eh? 1%(some lower than 1%) drop for items u want and u can try only once per week, thats a hella grind. Its the point of grind games, not everyone will have every item (thats whats make them rare), some will have more luck and get them without any high effort, thats what it is. If u dont want grind, dont play grind game ffs, people these days ...

He's not a crybaby for complaining about constantly getting repeat gear. It's a serious problem if you're completely unable to level up because of the rng rolls being against you. If you were the one who got nothing but gear for the same slot over and over, without it granting any increase, you would be doing the same thing.

Bearbeitet von PumaCheyenne: 12/16/2018 5:49:39 PMHyperbole much? Where did OP ask for instant rewards? Does it have to be from one extreme to the other? RNG that is too gratuitous becomes uninteresting quickly. RNG that is too punishing becomes discouraging. Boring even, as one who responded to OP that he had to beat the EP over a hundred times for a specific weapon. It's a balance issue. Looter-shooters have to hit that sweet spot. Gearbox had to make adjustments with Borderlands 2 RNG. Their orange rated top tiered weapons were not dropping at a reasonable rate. It was kind of hilarious. They made a decimal error. Every crate contained orange gear. Even the ammo crates. That was fixed the next day. If a looter shooter RNG is too generous people lose interest. If it's too stingy people lose interest.

You're good people.
U guys never played WoW in your lives eh?
In case you didn't noticed (it really looks like you didn't btw) this game has NOTHING to do with WoW, it's not even close to anything that resemble WoW. This is a looter-shooter with a bare bones RPG-like scent. That's it, nothing more to see.

Destiny has clearly tried to ape many of WoW's systems for ages lmao are you kidding?
-
Destiny isn't a RPG by any means and this difference alone makes it impossible to relate with WoW.
-
A) WoW is barely an rpg itself and B) just because they're different genres doesn't mean they can't be compared or that they can't have similar if not the same systems. What a stupid thing to say.

I really doubt you have any idea what constitutes "role play." Please, please, please enlighten me on what makes WoW more of an RPG than Destiny.
Hint: There's no aspect of role-playing that WoW has and Destiny lacks.

If u want quote something do it atleast properly. Ppl crying about items they can farm over and over again, no restrictions. (only raid have weekly drop). They want everything, but thats not how grind games work. And they have that luxury they can farm it repeatebly, no restrictions.
