Hi,
I recently grabbed my free copy of Destiny 2 on Battle.net.
Downloaded it and loaded it up just like any other game.
While in the character creation menu my computer crashed.
I tried a couple more times to create my character but, it still crashed before I was done.
I have tried closing everything running in the background. I also tried to just make a random character but, 15 seconds in to the game, my computer crashed.
I reinstalled it today and I still have the same issue.
If anyone has a fix to this I would be very thankful

Hi. Thanks for your report. You may want to perform a scan and repair in the Battle.net app to see if that may help with your issue. If that doesn't work, delete the following local cache/settings directories:

- %PROGRAMDATA%\Battle.net – %APPDATA%\Battle.net – %LOCALAPPDATA%\Battle.net – %APPDATA%\Bungie\DestinyPC
*WARNING* Deleting these will cause you to lose persisted settings, such as logged in users, keybinds and graphics settings in Destiny, etc. The directory names above are actual paths that can be used in Windows Explorer. For example, if you enter "%PROGRAMDATA%" in the Windows Explorer address bar, it will automatically take you to C:\ProgramData (default), which is a hidden directory.
