Not sure if this is a known issue. I failed to fetch my powerful engram from Vance last week. Luckily it was waiting for me upon reset! I carried on with my exploits and just completed the flashpoint on Titan today to receive a 513 legendary weapon not a powerful engram! I'm sitting at 545 and am really disappointed! Not sure if this is a mercury issue (getting mercury flashpoint cancel the following weeks), a flashpoint issue in general (getting last week's cancels this weeks), or intended (you can ONLY get one flashpoint engram per week). My best guess is the game references for flashpoint completions for the week, and mistakenly asserted that getting the engram from last week falsely flags this week's flashpoint as unattainable.
