Banned account
Hello Im a new Destiny 2 player. I bought the game on 21th September 2018. I played the game maybe a few hours and my account got banned. If its possible i would like to know what is the reason of this ban because i dont have any other programs installed on my computer and if i decide to buy another copy of the game i would like to know what is wrong. And also if its possible i please to unban my account because i didnt cheat for sure.

2 AntwortenBungie doesn’t discuss reasons for bans. Most likely reason is you have some sort of software running on pc (doesn’t need to be for D2 or affecting D2) that is against Bungie policy. This can be cheat/hack/mods, debug/trainers/memory editors, etc....even a virus/malware that attempts to send malicious code can cause a ban.

This includes, but is not limited to capture software, cheat engines, etc. Many might run in the background even though you think you shut them down. 2.
