You couldn't be any less helpful. Bungie doesnt understand customer service they're a bunch of asshats that dont respond to emails and dont have a phone number or a live chat. So what else can we really do?

I really attempted contacting them many times. They haven’t replied and I don’t think they will. If I could just get a different code. I will provide a copy of the order that shows the code used and that it has been canceled. Any additional information will be supplied.

They'd have to pull their head out of their asses and take a few breaths to email a customer back which requires way too much effort for them to do. I've emailed 20 times in two weeks about a redemption code I was supposed to get 2 weeks ago and they haven't responded yet. Bungie has no idea WTF customer service means.
