You're a very good Spectral Blade user.
With that being said, I still feel like the hit detection needs improvement and maybe a 3-5 second boost to the duration OR have the R1/RT attack have more of a lung to cover distance better (I'm not asking for Arcstrider type lunge).
I agree that this Super requires more planning and patience than any other. And the evidence you present reinforce that when taking both into account it can be more rewarding.
But compared to Strider and Barrage it's the less favored one curently.

To be fair, there is one super that is more at the mercy of planning and prep, and still is not that special in PvP, well of radiance. I tried my darndest to get the blueberries in banner to let me heal and buff them but they still just leave, and bad placement of that super is extremely easy to avoid since it is locked in place where as spectral blades is roaming. A coordinated team may be able to win a few fights with well, but then the would just be easy targets for a blade barrage or nova bomb. Tbh, as much as I love the warlock class, well of radiance has very limited and situational utility in PvP at this time. I share the complaints about blades hit registration btw.

Yeah, WoR is definitely catered to PvE/Gambit. or if you attempt to hold down a point (control). But in my opinion thats perfectly ok. Warlock has some other nasty PvP Supers.

Exactly, not every single ability, weapon, or whatever should be universally useful. It's perfectly okay for niches to exist.
