Yeah and that’s given newbies the rational fear of being rejected and kicked. It sucks, but saying nothing and hoping to slide under the radar as a first timer is so painful for the rest of the fireteam. I’d agree the toxic and elitist attitudes that people bring is a large contributor. But there are people who I swear don’t even know what a raid is, go on lfg and get into a game without saying anything about their inexperience and then adding an hour to the time it takes to complete the raid.
