Fix the whisper quest
The time you wait for this quest is absolutely ridiculous lol. I've been waiting with some friends for about 2 and a half hours, and we're a little tired of playing the waiting game.

2 AntwortenDear Guardian, The public events randomly occur on every area, so it is a coin toss between Cabal Excavation and Taken Blight even when a public event is incoming.
