Stop playing it. I don’t know anyone still playing it
Warframe is better anyways (which is not saying much, destiny is big time trash)
There’s so many better games than destiny.

This message was bought and paid for by Digital extremes, play warfarme today and stick it to the man! We are having a special offer this month stream warframe while bashing Bungie and we will set you up with a sweet compensated affiliate program. Remember the talking points Bungie is Dead D2 is Cancer And don't forget to send those death threats to anyone that says anything remotely positive about Bungie or D2. So get Warfarme today thats W A R F R AM E /sarcasm off Honestly can some of the vitriol get any more obvious?
-
Way better games. And now warframe has space battles...for free!
-
LOL. I play both and it's not remotely close. Warframe is objectively inferior.
-
Pffft lol, good one
-
I think i'll stick with the game that actually has an end-game and doesnt actively remove raids and -blam!- their long time players.
-
Wait which game are you talking about? lol
-
Warframe has no end-game, the dev's REMOVED the raids because they were "poorly built and couldnt be supported" (in reality the couldnt come up with any new rewards for Eidolons so they scrapped raids and move the rewards there). They shit on veteran players every update, going with form over function in every endevour recently, removing leaderboards for clans, crappy UI rework...etc. Destiny might be far from perfect, but at least they care somewhat about the veterans playing their game.

Good to know that I’ve checked off my daily “Warframe is better” post today! You know how the old saying goes: “A Warframe is better post a day keeps the good posts away.”
-
That shouldn’t be hard to do on the destiny forums. More ppl like warframe than destiny here lol But you probably know that
-
If you’re suggesting that more people exclusively enjoy Warframe and don’t enjoy Destiny at all, you’re just flat out wrong. But you probably mean that more people here enjoy Warframe over Destiny but enjoy both. You’ve got literally no way of proving that, and it doesn’t mean much. I prefer Skyrim to Destiny, but that’s because each game has its pros and cons and I just think Skyrim has more good qualities than Destiny, the same can be said with Destiny and literally any game. That’s just how it works, people can like multiple games. Shocking, I know.
-
I honestly thought destiny 2 was going to be amazing lol How can they go from destiny 1 to destiny 2 and expect the main fan base to be happy? Talk about out of touch lol Maybe destiny 3 will be playable
-
As overused as the phrase is, that’s just your opinion. There’s no other way to put it. And anyway, keep in mind that Destiny 1 took plenty of time to get as good as it ended up.
-
A 8 million player drop off makes it less opinion and more fact
-
Any metrics to back those numbers up? I mean ......I just wonder why Bungie would let you have their concurrent player numbers.
-
Destiny tracker bud
-
That’s what games do. Most of the games that keep high player bases are the most basic games with one mode. All in all D2 did not live up to hype I do agree but games always lose huge amounts of the player base.
-
8 million? I don't know of a single game that's lost that large of an install base. The game hasn't cracked 1 million a day but a couple times with each DLC.
-
But what is the excuse for not building upon and using the lessons learned from D1....... as you stated it took time for D1 to get good why ignore it.
-
Started developing before major improvements then scrapped everything half way through. I wish they would just take their time and give us a masterpiece. Don’t think we’ll see that while they are with Activision
-
This is exactly what boggles my mind about D2. They completely ignored everything good they did in D1.
-
100% Agree with you. It feels like it should have came out before D1 almost. In fact if a person had never played D1 you would think "wow this is awesome" but unfortunately for most this is not the case. I wanted to love D2.... I wish I loved D2... but in my case I was let down..... really really hard.
-
They tried to build on aspects, and left others behind. Part of it is likely due to different people developing different parts of the game, part of it is likely due to taking chances with parts of the game.
-
Im not disagreeing with those two points but I think other factors are at play. Poor management, communication, and implementation being some of them. In my opinion they also dumbed it down trying to appeal to more consumers (money) and in the long run it backfired. The truth here is D2 should have never dropped in the state it did. Im not saying it doesn't deserve the chance to grow but major mistakes were made.
-
I think destiny 1 was bad towards the end. Vanilla destiny was dope imo, I enjoyed it a lot. It was very hard to earn exotics and the VOG raid is still my favorite raid to date.
-
I stopped playing vanilla Destiny due to the lack of stuff I could personally do in it, but what I did play wasn’t great. I played a fair bit of Dark Below, and really got into it during House of Wolves. I think it got much better as it went on, and Age Of Triumph was one of the best periods of time in Destiny for me.
