Energy ones? Yup, they sound like spun guns and have about as much usage as one in game imo (apart from Sunshot). Kinetic hand cannons on the other hand have a few good ones. Service Revolver for instance has outlaw perk, making it fast to reload. The Future War cult has one that detonates its rounds, effectively making it a two shot attack, Home for the lost is also pretty darn deadly with a good aim, but its sluggish to reload. And the raid hand cannon is awesome....if I could get one I would be happy.
