Can't find any support email so looks like I should ask here. I was banned and it's really strange, I don't play destiny almost half a year.
Then I thinked "Maybe I was hacked and someone else played with my accout" but no, last session was 6 month ago - http://prntscr.com/jvpcbo
I need some explanation here, because I can't understand what really happened.

Bearbeitet von Player: 6/18/2018 7:32:25 PMFeel your pain. I have the exactly same situation. Did not play one month, logged in today and saw "account is banned" banner. I did not cheating ever, have no cheating software installed, did not use in-game chat ever, and did not do any actions which can lead to permanent account ban. I have a mining software installed. I have a vpn enabled off and on. But who cares? This is my PC. If Bungie does not say why I was banned, how I can be sure that it will be not banned with same "reason" if I create a new account? This is bullshit. btw, Overwatch is ok with my setup.

Bearbeitet von Lixteris: 6/16/2018 10:20:51 PMIt's pretty clear - your account info was stolen, used by someone else, that person tried using shady things, your account - banned. It happens. I saw a lot of amazed people in The Division and Rainbow Six Siege forums. They go back to the game after 2-3 months and theirs accounts are banned for cheating, because someone used those accounts just for fun. Or you just used debugging software in the background.
How can I get support feedback about it?
You don't. Please go read the DESTINY ACCOUNT RESTRICTIONS AND BANNING POLICIES article. It is pretty clear. https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/11929

Typically, pc bans are due to software detected by Destiny 2 while running. These include but not limited to, trainers, aimbots, autofire, mods, graphics hacks, anything that injects code into games, debuggers for programing, even some viruses. any of these could cause a ban, even if not destiny 2 specific. Bungie does not discuss restrictions or bans. Permanent account bans are only implemented with rigorous checking to ensure that the innocent are not punished alongside the guilty. Bans are lifetime for that account https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/11929
