Sometimes I like to turn off music audio and just walk around the worlds in Destiny. I don’t know anything about developing a video game, but I can only imagine how much work was put into creating these worlds. They’re amazing. Everything to the sounds to the visuals. Even in the original Destiny I would do this. I love the perfect blend of sci-fi and nonfiction. On one hand, I dislike having unanswered questions about these worlds, but on the other, I love the perfect implementation of these unanswered questions because they inspire pure wonder and creativity from me. I can imagine endless scenarios from just walking around. I love it. This is why I continue playing Destiny. I don’t care what Bungie does with this franchise, just please don’t begin to put less effort in designing these worlds and mesmerizing me.
Love ya, Bungo

The art is why I still play. Also the gorgeous weapons and game mechanics which are addictive. The D1 soundtrack is still my favorite. It was original, full of stories, mysteries and so well timed during the game. Every battle, enemy class, encounter, moment was defined by the music. It helped the narrative a lot, without words. I appreciate D2 soundtrack much more outside the game as it seems to be randomly timed (and not for the best).

I call truth to that, ma boi.

This is what I've been looking for! Someone who thoroughly appreciates the beauty of Destiny's worlds! Fine sir, you have earned yourself an upvote.

We need more of this on the forums, not just the endless non-constructive criticisms thrown at bungie and everyone else who works on destiny and destiny 2.

Not sure which piece it is, but they have a piece in EDZ that carries a nice bass note that I thoroughly enjoy. It's not very heavy in the headset, but when the wife is out of the house, I turn up the volume on the sound system and just run around and enjoy that piece of music. :) I do find myself just looking around in various parts of the game and enjoying the scenery. Some of it is damn nice.
