The application will not let you report people who are glitching fireteams on the application. It won't let me LEAVE the fireteam, and there isn't anyway to report this situation directly. Since this glitch has occurred I have had certain breaches of security through this application. Playstation Network has confirmed the breaches to only reside through this application and even though I have confirmed my email address through my account settings, the contact form seems to not want to comply. I will not be signing up for any year 2 products if this does not get resolved.
