I just completed the annual post track season "Donut Mile"
You eat 2 donuts, and drink a Mnt. Dew
You run a lap
You eat 2 donuts
You run a lap
You eat 2 donuts
You run a lap
You drink another Dew
You run your last lap
I have accomplished this without losing any food or drink i acquired during the race... but i did not come in first. At least i endured the pain...
One thing is for sure. Never eating donuts or drinking soda ever again.

I was running short on time one night and had to eat my dinner right before my workout. Had like 8 chicken thighs and a bunch of rice and broccoli. Worst lifting session I have ever had bar none. Trying to knock out your last set of deadlifts while your stomach and ass are playing push and pull with a turd.
