The only time I hate team shooting is when I go solo and I get stuck with 3 tards who constantly rush the other team, feeding them kills.
Otherwise I quite enjoy picking them off one by one.
There are two types of D2 players:
The Sad Little Emo Kid: awww! No fair! That team is using teamwork and I have no friends, Mommy! Booby!
The Emotionally Stable Adult: Well, that was facking dumb, why the Fack did I rush them?

Exactly, it's 100% my fault, I'm the dumbass who got team shot. Take football for example, who's at fault: 1. The dumb ass quarterback who runs solo straight into the defensive line and gets his clock cleaned; Or 2. Awww! They are using teamwork in a team sport! Mommy! Booby!
