Thanks for the report. This issue can be caused by local network issues, or with the way your home network is set up or by ISP settings for your network.

The steps you should try first Clearing your system cache if you play on PlayStation or Xbox.

And power cycle your home network.
To power cycle your modem or router please do the following:
