That link doesn't go to anything that I can see, but by chance did you recently open a chest on Titan, and the pop-up on the right said you got an emblem, but now you can't find it? If so, that was a variant for the new planetary emblems that everyone got at the postmaster a couple weeks ago. Find your new emblem for Titan, and you can inspect it, like any other piece of gear, and you will be able to change the appeareance, similar to applying an ornament. Each of the new emblems has (I think) four variants, and you have to unlock them by finding them in chests. They don't go to your inventory, or emblem collection, they just unlock the option on the base planetary emblem.
