I very much appreciate the feedback. I have no desire to personally attack the moderators, “ninjas”, or community leaders. And I could go on about the things I personally find wrong with the current state of the sequel. But none of that is important, I’m only one forum voice echoing many issues. Maybe they’ll fix things, maybe they won’t, but I feel that the time for vagaries, half-truths, and “slight adjustments” has passed.

Well I agree with you. I never personally played D1 because by the time my friends were partially convincing me to play I didn't have a PS4 and would shrug it off. Holy moly do I regret not playing D1 and being left with D2. I got sucked into D2 because I played the free trial and it seemed like a game with lore I'd like to get into. Found out they've virtually scrapped it and only provided lame objects you can scan (which you cant save and look at for future reference). The strikes and nightfalls are literally just missions you did during the story and offer nothing new what so ever. I'm sticking with the game as I'd like to see the new expansion and I do enjoy the updates they're doing. But you're so right! They had so many years and had witnessed what worked and what didn't. But somehow managed to just waste 3 threes of work and jump back into the same mess instead of avoiding it completely. The game had a lot of potential to bring a lot more people TO the game and not AWAY from it. -shrug- Life goes on. I hope they fix the Destiny franchise.
