If you can’t figure it out is it time to admit defeat and bring random rolls back?? You really need to be generating far more hype or tackle some of the fundamentals - a looter shooter needs a constant influx of new weapons & gear otherwise there is no carrot to chase. Put a post up full of images of new strike specific loot/weapons, tease us with a vague shot of some new raid armor, give us a bit of footage of a retooled dragonfly explosion 💥 Just something to wet our appetites and turn the downward slide into an uphill race.

1 AntwortenI'm so far removed from optimism regarding D2 that I'm ready to start hearing about D3. New engine? New design leads? Back to D1 storylines? Guardian dogfights? Bungie (Jason Jones, in particular), you can do better. You just have to want to. Innovate, don't placate.

This update is amazing, however you say " make you fell like a tiny god" how can i feel like a tiny god when i cant equip a ( potentialy game changing ) sniper , shotgun, and fusions back to there glory. Where you feel like a god. MY fix to this would be primarys hc, autos, bursts, and scouts . Secondary/Energy snipers shotguns fusions smgs sidarms and trace rifles. Power ( game changing wepons ) rockets linear fusions heavy machine guns granade launchers. bungie you say you listen to the comunity, so do what we want. This massive change will bring a massive serge in your player base. Thanks.

My advice... get your D2 designers new jobs at a competitor where they can design a game that competes against you. Then forget all they designed in D2, start with D1 Y3 as the template and the few good things about D2 (ledge climbing, fast travel, and public event spawns on the map), and make D3.

15 AntwortenI would lash out at a horrible job you and your entire studio has done with a game that had incredible potential...but I would be beating a dead horse. So instead I’m just going to say that I am embarrassed to be in the same gaming era as a studio named “Bungie”. You do nothing but run and hide when things get tough for you because you KNOW you screwed up and don’t have the balls to admit it. You say making games is “hard”. Well if making games was something I went to school for and earned a computer science degree. It would be pretty goddamn easy for me as that is my profession. So bungie...you have failed at your profession. What a waste of time and money. Seems pretty ironic though for the people who bout it. As they also wasted there time and there money.

I wonder how many streams Bungie has done where they sit down and talk about their game for/with their community. I bet just as many seeing how the devs have been hitting all the nails on the head with what their players wanted, yet I can’t seem to find any of them referenced to or posted on the forums as of late. :(

7 AntwortenJust scrap d2 and start making a major expansion for d1. Its obvious that d2 cant be saved. You guys killed it. The game was the most popular when there were powerful gear to grind for. You nerfed all of it. Even ammo. Then you slowed everything down amd removed choices like the cladd abilities. Now they're trees to choose from. Just chalk up d2 to a dud and start over, but look when destiny had the most players. House of Wolves amd TTK. Although, i never liked TTK.

Bungie changed too much at once making D2 nothing like D1. So many other companies know how to do it. Bungie KNEW how to do it with halo. What changed? Only explanation is that the real people behind original destiny and halo are no longer at Bungie. It is stupid when people at the top (management) don’t appreciate the talent of the people that are at the bottom. How about you guys add a new mode to the game? Zurg fireteam mode like zombies in COD. Make it matchmaking please. LFG has absolutely killed this game for me. It’s an absolute massive waste of time. I’d rather fail doing something than sitting for an hour looking for people to play with. My guild is demolished about to leave it. You have to stop recycling content. Why do you guys refuse to give players what they want. You say you listen to feedback but implement disappointing game modes. Stop with the banner rewards. What happened to the gear and weapon rewards and Easter eggs?
