Buff EVERY perk before reintroducing Rerolling and allow the gunsmith to reroll guns for 50K Gimmer and 50 Legendary Shards - so it is not the game breaker people think it might be.

The current perks aren't really that good at the minute so can understand why you would want them buffed. If they kept the current perks but just add the randomness to each gun drop with they select perks on them then it is something. Ideally I'd have it just the same perks as D1 which can drop on different guns but exotics have they 'exotic' perks. Well they should but D2 exotics are underwhelming apart from a few.
