Lost access to old Bungie account and would love help retrieving it, if possible
Just as the title says: I used to have an active Bungie account that slowly fell out of use. Now that I've bought a PS4 and Destiny, I've tried retrieving that account but am unable to. Can anyone from Bungie help me recover that account? It's old as hell and has a lot of history associated with it.

2 AntwortenAny idea what the name of the Account was? There have been few instances before 2013 where extremely inactive account were deleted. Also, certain log in methods (such as Facebook or Google) were discontinued with time. If your old account had no valid alternate log in method during that time, your account would become orphaned, means that there is nolonger any log in method associated with it, and thus it cannot be accessed. Unfortunately we and Bungie are currently unable to do anything in the case of an orphaned account.
