Given some of these files were added with the dawning it indicates what they intended to do or what was designed for the event not even what makes the final cut. I’m pretty sure that as there is maybe 4 weeks until this starts they will be reorienting it to not be as dependant on eververse . I would very much doubt they would allow this to become like the dawning after all of the outrage .

You assume they care about the outrage. I don't make that leap. Remember the new job posting? "Sustainable character progression through Destiny2's bright engram." The game is 100% focused on Tess and her engrams. 100%. Bungie's all in on this. Zero chance Eververse is actually dialed back. Zero.

100% opinion. My beliefs are rooted in tweets like: "Static Rolls are fine", "Balance has never been better", "Don't listen to negativity, it only breeds more negativity, ignore it". Just my $0.02 here, hope I'm wrong, trust me, we've all been wrong once or twice in our life. But the game is built already. Anybody who thinks Eververse is going away is naive, at best.

I agree. Eververse isn't going anywhere, but that doesn't mean leaks are accurate or don't change. It doesn't mean things seen or read a month ago remain a constant a month later after this kind of community feedback. Just because Eververse is very likely to stay doesn't mean it's going to remain the same course.
