Bungie stops Microsoft from Refunds
I was on live chat with an Xbox support and then the Account Manager for almost two hours and at the end all I got was this. "Yes, we are aware that there were customers who received refunds for such case when the update was just recently released. But after that, all transactions were on hold and no one can process a refund moving forward." That is from Dylan S. Microsoft account manager himself. @bungie I want a full refund. How do I get one?

Microsoft can tell you whatever they want. You didn't buy from Bungie. Only Microsoft can give you a refund.

16 AntwortenBungie cannot process or control refunds as they are not a retailer. The only place you can get a refund from is the retailer you purchased from.
