So many complaints about locked content, but I'd like to remind you that the most important part of the game is still unlocked and open even for people who did not buy CoO:

Eververse is still open and all of the CoO items (marked with an Eye) are obtainable and usable even by people who did not buy the DLC. Video or it didn't happen: https://youtu.be/SsTtt9fWP4U
