If you have not already, you may want to try the following troubleshooting steps:
- Close and relaunch the Destiny 2 client and Blizzard application
- Delete your existing CVARS.xml file using the guide here: https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/46407

Well in a magical way the game is running fine again. I just ran for the 100time the scan and repair and (After doing nothing) I launched the game and played for a solid 2 hours with no problems.Thank you very much ,if I ever have a problem again I will try what you told me
