Problem: Tokens can only be used to RNG your way to loot, leading to situations where you spend 100 tokens and get the same weapon 5 times. Solution: Every week, a few weapons and armor pieces rotate around to be purchased. 15 Tokens apiece (maybe different depending on vendor). For IB, the 1st one of the season sells half of the stuff, the 2nd one the other half, at an increased price for both (about 20) If you want to RNG, that's still an option. It's just cheaper across the board. For IB RNG, you can get any items thru RNG, but only some thru purchase, giving incentive to play both IBs of the season. This means that you can wait for an item to buy normally, or try to RNG it. Problem solved. Hire me, Bungie.
