Hello everybody,
I have been thinking how it is odd that we can pick the elemental damage of our energy & power weapons but there is nothing special to it besides blowing up enemy shields and kill supers faster. What if there is a bonus effect to each element that procs at a low percentage, so that automatic weapons don't gain an advantage, and perform a damaging or debuff effect that is very minimal on the target. Here are a few for suggestion:
[u][b]Arc[/b]
[/u]1. 5% chance to chain damage to enemy within a few meters of target.
2. 3% chance to slow down enemy movement by 50%
[u][b]Solar[/b][/u]
1. 10% chance to delay enemy recovery by a few extra seconds
2. 5% chance to cause burn for a few seconds
[u][b]Void[/b][/u]
1. 5% chance to disable enemy HUD for a few seconds
2. 2% chance to prevent ability activation of target for a few seconds.
These bonus effects would only apply to each bullet that hits the target, he you like please upvote or if you have a better idea please comment.

I don't see how this makes the game more enjoyable. That doesn't sound fun at all. In fact, it sounds incredibly obnoxious and annoying.
