Turned in 24 packages and have yet to receive the helmet, I've dismantled 4 warlock bonds(still have 1), 3 warlock boots(still have 1), 4 warlock gloves. What good is it to have multiples of the same item??? I had same issue with the faction war, turned in 40 packages and Ive recieved 5 sets of everything EXCEPT a warlock bond. ??????????????? 24 packages = 480 tokens.... and no set. Please help.

Easily fixable by changing the rewards to 5 per loss 10 per win.
