Why do you seem to be ignoring the major performance issues of random crashing and stuttering that hundreds of people are having? Is it because we're not getting and Error code? Do you guys beleave that the only problems the game has are the ones that you've configured to trigger an error code? I've seen moderators reply to other peoples issues when they actually have an error code (and honestly you guys reply to those threads rather quickly) but it's been days I still have not seen any acknowledgement in any threads I have started about the crashing problem or any threads talking about the stuttering problem.

I feel very let down with this poor customer service and I really think you guys need to completely restructure the way people can get in touch with you because just having a basic forum for all of you're interactions with you customers makes a lot of us feel distant and makes us think that you don't care about the people putting money in your pockets after you've got that money. I've already boycotted EA for the shit they try to pull on their customers and I'm not afraid to vote with my wallet on any future Bungie games. All I want is some acknowledgement of the issues right now and for you guys to make these two issues public knowledge instead of apparently turning a blind eye to use.
