FPS counter says there's no drop in framerate but the game stops and starts--at first it's bad but not *unplayable* but gets worse over time until it's virtually unplayable. I can keep it at bay for a little bit longer by dropping to low settings and putting Vsync on at 30fps but like, I might as well play on console if I'm going to do that. I downloaded and did a clean install of the new drivers, everything is up to date but there's been no difference. Also, if this matters: I occasionally get garbled sound when it stutters too.
