So far, I haven't really had a problem with destiny Until now. There's a lot of missed opportunities, but over-all good/decent content. But I have to ask, why is there virtually no in-game text chat? I find it preposterous and disgusting that I cant simply talk to my clan in a text chat, which is an extremely basic function, EVERY game that has a clan of some sort also has a general chat channel for it. It makes no sense. Also, why is there no Zone chat? While playing destiny, I almost feel isolated and completely alone for the lack of being able to actually talk to fellow players. All this could be fixed by adding simple text chats for each zone, and one for a clan. That way people could also recruit and look for new clans in public chat as well. I was simply grossed out by the fact that I need to use a forum just to find a fire team. This game easily would have been like a 7-8/10 but it just dropped to a 1/10.. I honestly think im going to quit destiny over this. I cant believe a game this age doesn't have such a basic function.
