Bungie why won't you acknowledge our problems? (up vote this to get their attention please)

@Bungie Why do you seem to be ignoring the major performance issues of random crashing and stuttering that hundreds of people are having? Is it because we're not getting and Error code? Do you guys beleave that the only problems the game has are the ones that you've configured to trigger an error code? I've seen moderators reply to other peoples issues when they actually have an error code (and honestly you guys reply to those threads rather quickly) but it's been days I still have not seen any acknowledgement in any threads I have started about the crashing problem or any threads talking about the stuttering problem. I've already boycotted EA for the shit they try to pull on their customers and I'm not afraid to vote with my wallet on any future Bungie games. All I want is some acknowledgement of the issues right now and for you guys to make these two issues public knowledge instead of apparently turning a blind eye to use.

[/quote] If you've made a post regarding your issue(s) and supplied the required information, you've done your part. Bungie has been periodically releasing hotfixes regarding known issues.       Man this thread I started at launch us still getting likes even in 2020. Just to let anyone reading a post this old know I currently have no problems with how Bungie is handling the game and I'm really pleased with the general stability of the game currently. Please don't like this thread if you find it cause you are currently having performance or stability issues with the game because most likely it's something at fault with your system and not it's likely not a problem that was caused by and can be fixed by bungie.

      Agree, I think this game had have to ignore PC as a platform. When you cant play normally PvP, raiding or something else... And why are you asking us to buy a season pass?

          • I cant even play the game now after the latest patch. Every time I enter a planet or activity upon spawning the game instantly freezes and crashes.

            • Since day one my game has had unplayable stuttering. After playing for a few minutes the game starts stuttering and just gets progressively worse. They had an extra month from console release to fix any issues with the game and still with all that time plus the month since it has come out on PC it's unplayable and the know issues list still doesn't contain issues like stuttering and crashing. No communication on it these issues are being looked at or fixed.
