The battlefront consumer base exploded over issues in the freshly released Battlefront 2. DICE responded immediately on reddit, they have already pulled the offending micro transactions and are fixing the problems. THIS is how a developer SHOULD react after offending their entire consumer base, THIS is proper behavior after taking people’s money in exchange for a product. Not hiding, or slyly picking the easy issues (shader dismantling) and loudly proclaiming you will fix them. The DICE response at least shows that they respect the fact the fans can walk away and not buy their product. BUNGIE could learn a little here.
By the way, battlefront 2 is completely awesome! I had a blast playing last night, and, now that the micro-transactions are out, the grind is on!
