This isn't helping the vast majority of users. There are plenty of threads showing that people have tried not only everything that Bungie has posted but also every other possible workaround even including fresh installs of windows and trying to install the game on other hard drives.

If the OP doesn't mention those things, it's impossible to know that they've tried it already. I'm only linking relevant information, not claiming this is the one to fix it all. Also, if the OP does not come back and let us know if the issue has been resolved, we'll never know what they did to fix it.
