I bought 500 Silver ($5) but continue to receive the “QUERY FAILED” message when at Tess Everis. Tried reaching out to the BungieHelp twitter but as usual I receive no reply. Also as usual the “Missing Silver Form” does absolutely nothing. You’d think for a game that shoves mricrotransactions in your face so much, the system would at least actually work. So yeah, “Query Fialed” error every time I try to do anything involving Silver. Did every single troubleshoot and none of them did a single thing. Typical. Bungie, handle this right now.

I’m at now over a year of missing silver from Bungie and their uselessness. Just get your refund from PS/MS and don’t waste any money on silver.

Same here. On Xbox. I've tried all troubleshooting steps including reinstalling the game and removing my account from my console. Nothing has worked. Filed a report on the Eververse help page. Seems to be a lot of people having this issue.

try relaunching your game that usually fixes it atleast in my experience also for your comment on shoving micro transactions in your face this game in no way does that buying silver benefits you none in any game mode
