1.0.6.1 Patch Random 1 second Stutters
Everytime i fight a large group of enemies i get a massive spike of loss frames. Only happened after patch. I'm not sure what causes this but its pretty annoying. I never ran into this problem last patch or even when playing on EU.
Pc Specs: i7 4770k 4.0Ghz 16 GIGS of DDR4 Ram GTX 980SC.
UPDATE:
This is what happens. Its much much worse in pvp. Every 10 to 15 seconds it happens. In PVE its every min or so.

UPDATE 2:
Running into micro stutter and weird low fps while turning the camera. Fps is around 100-120 still.

5 AntwortenWas still running into this after 1.0.6.2 hotfix. Decided to play around a little bit after noticing that everyone with the issue is on newer NVIDIA cards. Additional troubleshooting removed CVARS.xml , issues still happened. Turned off G-Sync in NVIDIA Control Panel. SOLID 100 FPS, issue gone. Turned G-Sync back on, in NVIDIA Contorl Panel. Problem came back jumping around for FPS and stuttering. Lastly, Turned off G-Sync in NVIDIA Control Pane againl. SOLID 100 FPS, issue gone. I will be leaving G-Sync off.

GPU: AMD Radeon R9 290 CPU: Intel 4790k @ 4.5 GHz GPU Drivers: 17.11.1 Ram: 16GB Problem: Game will randomly crash my PC. I have not been able to establish any pattern other than I cannot complete the final boss of the raid due to it crashing during damaging phases (Or at another random time). I've accepted I'm not gonna get a refund for a game that's ultimately broken for myself and so many others. A free seasons pass would be nice. P.S. I have extensively stress tested my computer and have determined the problem is not on my end. P.P.S. I can confirm a very similar problem with my PC . It will run ok in some areas but not well in others and then i get the same hitching when things get fast paced . Plus i cannot run precision xoc at all it makes the problem even worse . PC Specs : i7 6850k 4.4ghz 32 gig ram 1080 ti sli

3 AntwortenIt's beyond crazy how poorly implemented the PC version has been. They did a PTS and then release a product that is in far worse shape than what they tested and then sit and say nothing because they have no idea what the problem is. 2 weeks now and still have the same ridiculous fps drops and stuttering that makes PVP damn near impossible and their only response is "we are aware of the issue"... I was honestly looking forward to the PC version after playing D1 since launch and D2 on xbox, but I can't say I've had a single day of enjoyment in the game on PC since each day has been filled with the same game play issues since launch.

1 Antworten@BNGHelp5 over 48h without an update, the customers start to be impatient and nervous without you giving us some new imput about the issue. The most common question are: - Over 2 days with no fix yet, is the team at good point or we expect to not have a fix soon? - Why cant you roll back previous the 1.0.6.1 hotfix? - Why the lack of communication ? Three simple questions that will take you about 20 seconds to answer and makes everyone happy to wait more time if needed. I'm afraid you will do the same mistake as many other developers, losing serveral thousand customers because lack of communication, but mostly i think we deserve to be up to date on daily basis because afterall, we paid for your game (and many like me, even the dlc pass), it's a matter of respect between us. for the first time today, since these stutters are getting worse my menu was affected after quitting a pvp match half way through (4 randoms vs 4stack sigh...) any how if i moved the mouse slowly it didn't affect me that much, but if I moved the mouse very fast it would get seriously bad to the point it looked as though I had 15 fps but the ticker was saying 60. again If I moved the mouse cursor slowly, no problems but as soon as I moved it very fast it would almost look to be crashing. today for whatever reason it has been bad pvp is almost impossible unless you had a high end rig to have the frames available to lose, I don't my rig can hold 60 most of the time but losing anymore then 10 frames and its gg for me. also watching streamers who have high end rigs you can see the stutter but its no way near as bad as mine. I'm using a 1050ti with mostly medium specs and before the hotfix I would lose around 10 frames after a certain amount of time but now the game is unplayable when these stutters happen.

But the game will freeze/stutter for half a second, as if it lags (not network-wise).

As an additional note, I get a stutter/freeze in audio and music playback at the same time as the visual microstutter (again, not occuring before patch). I'm not sure whether anyone else has mentioned this.

After this patch, I do get the stutters as well, but now my game doesn't crash. At least not yet. I would rather take the stutters over crashing during a raid and losing all my progress. I've lost progress on a few strikes, public events and milestones thanks to the crash before the v1.0.6.1 hotfix.

3 AntwortenPlease just roll back the patch until you've solved this. It completely ruins Trials and the Raid going over the weekend. The over time deterioration was *way* better, at least there was something you could do about that.
