I'm just another concerned customer. And would love to see destiny return to its peak.
We need a return to game play and core features like that of taken king

House of Wolves was the best. No ifs ands or buts
-
HoW. People complained about gear being 'left behind'... Bungie gave us Etheric Light. It was pure fan service, and one of the last truly good things Bungie has done for Destiny players.
-
Ttk blew. Worst raid, worst raid weapons, and the absolute worst grind. Did everyone forget the bullshit with light level averaging? They had to patch it later because it was absolute shit. Destiny had it's pve glory days in age of triumph and year one. I'm not one of the asshats who remembers through rose colored glasses, I know there were some things that sucked.
forever 29.......😔
That being said, crucible had it's peak at HOW. Ttk crucible was garbage. Age of triumph crucible was the absolute worst. Year one and TDB crucible was some of the best crucible experiences I had. Ttk was not peak destiny. My opinion, not yours and that's fine.
-
I think when they dropped age of triumphs was the best
-
I agree PvE wise. How anyone could says HoW was better is beyond me. The endgame PvE of house of wolves was complete shit!
-
PvE: I'd say post-AoT was the best era. PvP: Right after TTK dropped
-
Everyone says ur wrong lol everyone likes HOW because it's actually when the game was fun in year one! everything after year one was trash they made handcannons almost unusable and introduced skill based matchmaking and no one tell me they always had it becauee no they didn't I've been playing since day one
-
Year one for me. Pre HoW specifically. TTK was the beginning of the end imo.
-
TTK was a brown stain on your new scooby doo underoos
-
I think you mean house of wolves
-
RoI was the best. But, I didn't play AoT, so that could have been even better. Taken King's total lack of decent raid gear held it back. RoI offered decent end game gear from it's other end game activity, IB. The raid still had bad gear, bit it didn't matter because of IB. As far as raids go, VoG is still number one, because of it's gear. Bungie needs to remember what makes a game like Destiny great. It's the gear, stupid!
-
The taken king was a freaking blast. The quest system was sweet I have no idea why they decided to take that out with D2
-
The Taken King was made under the supervision of Luke Smith, the same guy who was the lead on Destiny 2's development. Just keep that in mind. Now the live team is developing content for D2, we should start seeing a lot more content in the works.
-
I haven't done the raid in D2 yet. The first time I watched kings fall being done on Twitch I couldn't wait to give it a go, I don't have the same feeling about Leviathan. Dreadnaught also pisses over any D2 map. Saying all this I'm still enjoying D2 and have hope the game will fullfill it's potential.... eventually 🙄
-
Haha taken king pvp sucked ass compared to year one.
-
The drive to a Child Safe Politically Correct War is complete.
-
House of wolves for me. Everything was relevent, you felt strong and powerful. Matchmaking was pretty quick as it was before they brought in a heavy weighted skill based intercontinental matchmaking system.
-
I would split Destiny up in 6 parts: Vanilla HoW TTK April Update RoI AoT I would rank them from Best to Worst 1. HoW 2. AoT 3. April Update 4. TTK 5. Vanilla 6. RoI
-
How era for me, weapons were decent and almost everything was relevant.
-
Wrong. House of wolves where everything wasn’t nerfed into a potato and i could three shot people with The last word from huge range. That was the most fun ive had in crucible being able to solo carry games. Not to mention it brought infusing, old raids were good again, there was new content and old content being fully relevant.
-
-
Lol no vanilla destiny VoG release was the best thing ever for me :D
-
Agreed. A great era for PVP as well. Smooth clean and crisp. Not like the trash they created for D2
-
I agree... Kings Fall Raid was my favorite raid. I even liked Wrath of the Machine, Crota, & Vault of Glass. The Leviathan Raid is okay, but it if I had to rank it from an one-hundred point scale, I would give it a 45.
-
Age of triumph was the best because everything from all three years was relevant again. We also got back all of the old raid weapons.
Pre-BETA Destiny was the best Era of destiny
Fixed that for you, mate.
