I'm just another concerned customer. And would love to see destiny return to its peak.
We need a return to game play and core features like that of taken king

I enjoyed the last quarter of the 2nd shotgun era (the return of the Matador) the most, because I got bored during an iron banner and turned to Saladdins Vigil. I only regret not using fusions in PvP at least a year earlier.
-
Your an idiot ttk took everything good about destiny away it made me quit destiny
-
Rise of Iron was the best era of Destiny. It streamlined already available content, had one of the better raids with a vastly improved loot system and a much better Iron Banner experience. It even updated old raids toward the end. Taken King was the beginning of Destiny becoming a much more polished experience.
-
The Taken King was the best quality dlc for the money, but Age of Triumph ended Destiny on a high note. I'm still bummed out that you cant get that real Destiny 1 experience ever again due to the ever eveolving nature of the game. I would love to erase all dlc and play them through again one at a time.

I have the perfect solution for people who think TTK era was best. Get Destiny for the PS3 .its still TTK.
-
I prefer Rise of Iron to Taken King. I thought the Dreadnought always felt cramped and boring, whereas the Plaguelands felt like an open, post-apocalyptic world.
-
I liked the end of House of Wolves. PvP was a fun experience. Plenty of PvE things to do.
-
Imo the best pvp era was whenever tlw, thorn and hawkmoon were king. Things like blinking around and blasting dudes with a hip fire revolver like some kind of interdimensional space cowboy was what made d1 stand out. Realism was out the window, balance was out the window and it was actually a fun game to play, but now were stuck with another hyper-tacticool edgy wannabe esports fps.
-
I enjoyed anything that wasn't overly concerned with being balanced before being fun. But Taken King and Rise of Iron at least yielded enough to keep it interesting.

Nah man. HoW killed it. PoE and 2 raids!!! Nightfalls were fun and relevant. Plus the rewards actually helped in said raids. And no token bs. PvP was fun and relevant. Iron Banner was fun and relevant plus light mattered barely but it was a thing. Weapons were fun to use as were abilities. Showing off glowhoo and chatterwhite in the tower plus the skolas ship meant something. Now, our guardians are only half as powerful as they were in D1.

House of Wolves.

Bearbeitet von GrEaSYmUFFiN325: 10/22/2017 3:09:22 AMTTK was the decline of Destiny. That was when exotics were just given out left, right and centre, and tedious raid mechanics that turned a shooter into an Indiana Jones game, along with the death of the nightfall. HoW was my favorite era. PoE wasn't great but we were able to run nightfall on all 3 accounts, hit up VoG hard mode and Crota hard mode, all for that exotic chance. Grabbing bounties and running strikes with your nightfall buff to try and get the exotic quests to drop. That was my favorite time of Destiny. I stopped playing after festival of the lost.

TTK PvP was the best, then in December 2015 they destroyed PvP
-
No, Age of Triumph was. The PvP was meh, but the amount of PvE content was incredible.
-
Age of triumph was the best
-
Even though the original Prison of Elders was terrible. House of Wolves was the best period in Destiny.
-
House of Wolves was the best time in Destiny. Not the best DLC but you had great stuff going on. VoG, Crota, Skolas & the PoE.
-
The first 3-4 months of destiny was the best destiny
-
Kings fall's weapons were terrible. Much worse than Leviathan. Leviathan raid actually has really good weapons. I liked kingsfall's atmosphere better and loved the fact that they had challenges for boss fights. I have no idea why this wasn't added along with the Leviathan raid. I also hated how TTK left behind all our favorite weapons from Y1, then they brought them back for ROI for us to re-grind. Why no one mentions this is baffling. This is the point where I became really upset with Destiny all together.

-
Uh... wut? You must've forgotten both the content drought of The Taken King and the meh rewards of King's Fall.
-
I disagree, I think House of Wolves was dope a.f. Everyone was grinding engrams to open up when it dropped, it was fun to solo some harder POE, you only needed 3 ppl to do that endgame activity, and it even had some interesting modifiers. It was really a fun experience. Also, this was the height of Grinding for Random Weapon Rolls, as you could re-roll at a vendor for materials.

You've Summoned Me
-
-blam!- no TTK gave us a mechanic boring raid and took away 90% of weapons we had.
-
No, House of Wolves was better (IMO). All armor/weapons were relevant, fun, and felt unique.

Rise of iron for me
